Help, I’m buying as a gift and don’t know what size to choose!
Adding an extender chain is the perfect option when you aren’t sure of the exact size needed. This will allow for some adjustability, allowing the bracelet to be fastened at the perfect length.
Want a longer length than the standard sizes offered?
Take a look at our extender chains, as these will add additional adjustable length to any piece.
Measuring for Bracelets
Step 1
Wrap a piece of string snugly around your wrist.
Step 2
Measure the piece of string against a ruler.
Step 3
For a snug fit - add 1/4 inch to the measurement.
For a looser fit - add 1/2 inch.
Necklaces are measured from end to end, including the chain, clasp and any elements that are incorporated into the chain.
The best way to make sure your necklace fits well is to take a measurement yourself. Either measure an existing necklace that you love the length of, or use a piece of string to see where you would like the necklace to sit and measure this against a ruler.

MATERIALS & JEWELLERY CARE
What materials do we use?
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver is a precious metal, which contains 92.5% pure silver. It is often referred to as ‘925 silver’. The other 7.5% is usually copper, which adds strength to the silver.
Gold Filled
14k gold fill is composed of a multiple layers of solid gold, bonded with heat and pressure to high quality jewellers brass. This results in a thick layer of real 14k gold, with the look and feel of 14K gold jewellery. It's a beautiful, durable alternative to solid gold and can be worn by most people with sensitive skin.
Rose Gold Filled
Rose gold fill is the same as gold fill, with a small amount of copper added to give it a rose hue.
How can I care for my jewellery and will it tarnish?
Gold fill is very tarnish resistant and is easy to keep looking beautiful. If your jewellery starts to look dull or tarnished over time, a soft polishing cloth can be used lightly to clean. We recommend using a gentle, light touch so as not to rub too hard against the metal.
All sterling silver is susceptible to tarnish, caused by a natural reaction that happens when silver is exposed to air and moisture. Tarnish is easily removed with a polishing cloth, or a silver cleaning product.
I have sensitive skin, is gold fill suitable for me?
14k gold fill is considered to be be suitable for most people with sensitive skin, as it has a thick layer of gold over a core of jeweller’s brass. Our gold filled items do not contain nickel, however as each person’s skin sensitivities are different, it is still possible that gold fill might not be right for you.
Care Tips
After each wear, give your jewellery a gentle wipe with a soft cloth to remove oils/moisture.
If your pieces are starting to look a little dull over time, soaking in warm soapy water and rubbing dry with a cloth can help clean them.
Store your pieces in an airtight bag or box.
Avoid getting chemicals on your jewellery, such as perfume and hairspray. Sunscreen is particularly likely to increase tarnishing, so make sure it’s well absorbed into the skin before putting on your jewellery.
Remove jewellery before showering, exercising and sleeping.
